Terms of Service

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account; accounts may not be shared.

Courses and materials

Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. Recording, redistributing or reselling lessons, labs or assessments is not permitted.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before enrollment. You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before a cohort starts; after the start date, refunds are pro-rated for the first two weeks.

Certificates

Certificates are issued in your legal name upon meeting the completion and assessment requirements of a course and can be verified publicly by their unique code.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
