There are no formal prerequisites for the CCNA certification. However, we recommend having a basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems, as well as 1-3 years of experience working with enterprise networks. Our foundational IT Support course is a great starting point if you are completely new to the field.

Yes. Our Career Services team provides resume reviews, mock technical interviews, and direct referrals to our network of corporate partners. Students who complete any of our "Career Track" programs are eligible for 6 months of dedicated career coaching post-graduation.

Both. Most programs run as hybrid cohorts: live instructor-led sessions at one of our campuses (Gjilan, Prishtinë, Shkup) that are also streamed, plus recorded lessons, labs and assessments in the learning platform.

Yes. Programs longer than 8 weeks can be paid in up to three monthly installments at no extra cost. Contact the admissions team to set this up.

You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the cohort start date. After the cohort starts, refunds are pro-rated for the first two weeks.

Certification vouchers are automatically added to your student portal upon reaching 90% completion of the relevant course materials and passing the final practice exam. You can find them under the "My Certifications" tab in your dashboard.

Yes. Our Gjilan and Shkup campuses are authorized Pearson VUE, Certiport and ECDL testing centers. Schedule your exam from the Certifications page.

The learning platform works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and mobile. Video lessons support offline viewing in the mobile app.
