Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account we store your name, email address and a hashed password. When you contact us we store the message you send and the email you provide. We also keep a log of security-relevant events (sign-in, password changes) together with the IP address of the request.

How we use it

To operate your account, deliver courses you enroll in, issue certificates, answer your inquiries and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Emails

We send transactional emails only: verification codes, password resets, enrollment and certificate notices, and replies to your messages.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by writing to privacy@infotech-academy.com; we remove personal data within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact privacy@infotech-academy.com.
