History
The Infotech Group was established in January 2002 in Kosovo and continuously developing operates globally, across 5+ countries, in the delivery of technology, business and sales training. We also provide a comprehensive consultancy service in Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation and Mobility. Infotech is an authorized training partner of AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, CompTIA, EC-Council, Axelos, EXIN, PMP and other leading vendors. As a result, can boast a large pool of Subject Matter Experts to assist with helping organizations to achieve their digital transformational goals, whatever they might be. Infotech also offer their own training programs around the latest technology trends.
From 2004 to 2009, Infotech:
- became an Authorized Testing Center for Microsoft Office Specialist
- became ECDL Authorized Training and Testing Center
- becomes Pearson VUE Authorized Testing Center
- becomes Microsoft Registered Member
- becomes Prometric Authorized Testing Center
- Starts offering intensive training for programming such as HTML, JavaScript, VB Script and
Infotech started to get involved on the implementation of different learning projects, such as ECDL for Teachers and e-Learning for Teachers.
November of 2011 represented another important milestone. InfoTech became a Microsoft OEM System Builder, which permitted InfoTech to offer computer systems which hardware and software was tested and certified by Microsoft. One year later, InfoTech becomes an O’Reilly and Microsoft Press Authorized Bookseller for the territory of Kosovo.

Since day one of our establishment, Infotech has constantly enhanced its services by staying up to date with the latest methods of teaching. Additionally, we have managed to create a convenient learning environment which meets all the required standards so that our students feel comfortable while learning.

Our goal is to stimulate ICT growth in Kosovo by supplying tech companies with talent that is able to deliver at a high level, on par with elite competitors.
